Community gatherings

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, educator, advocate, survivor, and yoga teacher, I've spent over a decade creating spaces for healing and community engagement. My workshops and gatherings bring people together — survivors, professionals, and community members alike — to explore topics surrounding burnout, life transitions, relational harm, and systemic trauma in ways that are engaging, empowering, and deeply human.

These gatherings aren't just educational. They're an invitation to reflect, connect, and take action in a space that feels safe and transformative. Because when we come together, healing stops being something we do alone and becomes something we do together.

Testimonials

I was a rape victim and just hearing you talk how it wasn’t my fault was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders.

Sexual assault is definitely an awkward topic and you’re right when you said it isn’t discussed as much as it should be. Talking about sexual assault really brings it to reality. Although some may feel that an assault on this level would be completely negative, you’ve taken your experience and are now helping others that may face the same situations you did.

Two years ago I battled with depression and like you I didn’t want to ask for help. I thought it would just go away on its own. I realize now that asking for help doesn’t make me weak. It makes me human.
