therapy
Who I work with
I offer compassionate, trauma-informed online therapy for individuals healing from harm in relationships and experiences of violence, including:
Individuals impacted by sexual violence
Individuals who have experienced intimate partner violence (IPV)
Individuals with histories of sexual exploitation
Loved ones and advocates supporting someone they care about
I also value working with young adults navigating life transitions and growth.
My approach
My priority from the beginning is building a safe therapeutic relationship to allow for a space for you to be seen and heard.
Using a compassionate, client-centered and trauma-informed approach, while weaving in gentle mind-body practices and practical tools to support you in:
Rebuilding safety
Navigating the flow of emotional experiences
Reconnecting your mind & body
Restoring your personal rhythm
Exploring and honoring your boundaries
Accessing supportive community resources
Take the first step
If you’re healing from sexual trauma, intimate partner violence, or supporting someone who is, you don’t have to navigate it alone. In our sessions, you’ll find a safe, compassionate space to share your story, explore your needs, and take steps toward reclaiming your voice. Healing is possible—and your first step can be as simple as scheduling a free 15-minute consultation.
What can I expect in therapy?
How long does therapy last?
I do not accept health insurance and am considered an out-of-network provider. If you have out-of-network benefits, your sessions may still be partially reimbursed. You’ll pay the full fee at the time of each session, and I’ll provide a receipt (also called a superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company. Many plans reimburse 50–80% of the cost. It is the client’s responsibility to confirm their out-of-network benefits with their insurance provider. To make the reimbursement process easier, I’ve partnered with Thrizer — a helpful tool designed to simplify getting reimbursed through your insurance.
