Trauma-Informed therapy

A brave space to speak up and support ourselves.

Trauma-Informed therapy

A brave space to speak up and support ourselves.

You deserve to be seen, heard and valued.

In this space, therapy is tailored to you and your unique needs. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Instead, therapy is a collaborative process of care between you and me, built around the unique strengths, experiences, and interests you bring into the space.

Who I work with

Offering compassionate, trauma-informed therapy for fellow humans wanting to reconnect with themselves, heal, and prioritize their well-being, including…

  • Humans!

  • Women

  • Parents

  • Teens (16+)

  • Survivors of relational trauma

  • Survivors of sexual trauma

  • Individuals navigating life transitions

This work is grounded in supporting people through both pain and growth—wherever you may be in your journey.

My approach

I bring a gentle, relational approach to therapy grounded in the belief that you are the expert of your own life.

My work is informed by anti-oppressive, and systemic perspectives. I recognize the power I hold as a therapist and prioritize creating a collaborative space where your voice, choices, boundaries, and lived experience are honored.

Together, we can explore not only what is happening within you, but also the relationships, culture, history, and systems that shape your experiences.

I believe the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of healing. When supportive, I weave in gentle mind-body practices to help you reconnect with yourself and your own rhythm—at your pace, in your way.

Therapy fees

Availability

I offer therapy sessions on Tuesdays & Thursdays 9am to 4pm.

Payment

My rate for a 50-minute individual session is $190. As I have begun to transition away from insurance panels, I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance. I am able to provide a superbill, which requires a diagnosis, for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Session length

Sessions are typically 50–55 minutes, unless we decide otherwise during your intake.

She engages audiences through educating and speaking about her experience from the heart. Every time that I have had the opportunity to see Sabrina speak, I am left with not only practical skills, but also hope and empowerment.

Health & Wellness Staff

I was very nervous about therapy and finding the right person to help me through this journey. When I started my session with Sabrina, everything was so great, I didn’t feel nervous, I felt so much warmth and understanding. I look forward to every session because I know it’s my safe place. She has truly helped me back on my feet and I will forever be great full.
