Individuals navigating life transitions
This work is grounded in supporting people through both pain and growth—wherever you may be in your journey.
My approach
I bring a gentle, relational approach to therapy grounded in the belief that you are the expert of your own life.
My work is informed by anti-oppressive, and systemic perspectives. I recognize the power I hold as a therapist and prioritize creating a collaborative space where your voice, choices, boundaries, and lived experience are honored.
Together, we can explore not only what is happening within you, but also the relationships, culture, history, and systems that shape your experiences.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of healing. When supportive, I weave in gentle mind-body practices to help you reconnect with yourself and your own rhythm—at your pace, in your way.
Therapy fees
Availability
I offer therapy sessions on Tuesdays & Thursdays 9am to 4pm.
Payment
My rate for a 50-minute individual session is $190. As I have begun to transition away from insurance panels, I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance. I am able to provide a superbill, which requires a diagnosis, for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Session length
Sessions are typically 50–55 minutes, unless we decide otherwise during your intake.
