I believe care should be tailored to you. Whether through 50-minute sessions or intensive work, we will collaborate to find the right rhythm for your healing. Sessions start at $190, with payment due at the time of service. I offer limited sliding scale spots and provide superbills for potential out-of-network insurance reimbursement.

Session length
Sessions are typically 45–55 minutes, unless we decide otherwise during your intake. I also offer intensive therapy services for those seeking a deeper, more immersive experience. Together, we’ll tailor the length and rhythm—whether standard or intensive—to best support your healing needs.
